Controller

SIA Robotiem (robotiem.lv), info@robotiem.lv. The Agent Studio account is shared with the robotiem.lv customer account.

Data we process

Account data: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), Google account identifier if you use Google sign-in.

Billing data: invoice details, payment status and invoices (kept for the period required by accounting law). Card data is processed by the payment provider (Stripe), not by us.

Server data: server name, IP address, admin username, the encrypted initial password and a server status log.

Server contents

Code, files and conversation history stay on your server. Agents send task content to the respective AI provider under its terms. We do not analyse or use them; technical access is used only for maintenance and upgrades.

Contabo GmbH (servers, Germany), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, if chosen), an email delivery service.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at info@robotiem.lv. You may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
