Agent Studio terms of service

1. Provider

The service is provided by SIA Robotiem (robotiem.lv), Latvia. Contact: info@robotiem.lv.

2. Service

For EUR 12.00 per month (incl. VAT) the customer receives one virtual server in the European Union (currently Contabo, Germany) with Agent Studio installed, an HTTPS address and updates.

AI agent subscriptions (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT/Codex, Google) are not included — the customer connects their own accounts and follows their terms.

3. Payment and period

The service is paid one month in advance. An invoice for each paid period is available in the account.

If the next period is not paid within 3 days after the period ends, the server is suspended. A suspended server and its data may be permanently deleted 14 days after suspension.

4. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled in the account at any time and ends at the end of the paid period. Started periods are not refunded unless required by law.

5. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for data stored on the server, the actions of their agents, and for not using the server for unlawful activity, spam, attacks or infringing third-party rights.

The customer has full administrator (sudo) access and makes system changes at their own risk. Regular backups (e.g. Git repositories) are recommended.

6. Maintenance

SIA Robotiem keeps technical access to the server for maintenance, security fixes and customer-requested upgrades. Customer data is not used for any other purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

SIA Robotiem's liability is limited to the last monthly fee. We are not liable for changes AI agents make to customer code or data.

8. Changes

Material changes to these terms or the price will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
